Who We Are
TBF Community Development Corporation is a 501 (c) (4) not-for-profit social welfare organization founded in 2020 and incorporated in 2024.
TBF's primary purpose is community development and enrichment by means of affordable commercial and residential real estate leases; low interest business, mortgage and personal loans; educational scholarships; philanthropy and paying a living wage to all employees.
The goals of TBF include:

Black economic development (black people buying goods and services from black people).

Community development (the process whereby black people come together to take actions on matters that are important to black people).

Social development (when we as a group go about improving the well-being of every black individual in our community so they can reach their full potential).

Cultural development (when we come to know the true history of black people and how our cultural assets benefited world civilization).
